Horrible...WASTE OF TIME!

HORRIBLE....The supposedly well "qualified technician" named Jeff showed up drunk and stumbled around till he finally decided he didn't know what he was doing.....never, ever, ever call these guys for help on your heating/cooling units. It will be a waste of time and money for sure. Just call the people you know and don't think these people have any clue whatsoever!!
