Didn't get past the phone call

Called to get information on Furnace tune-up. Spent 10 minutes on the phone being lectured about using the heat pump. If my DH and I have made a decision NOT to use it, I don't need to be lectured on it. We have had other heating and cooling people (friends) tell us, it's not worth using. Found them to be pushy and rude and I will not use them!! They might as well be car salesman the way the guy acted on the phone!
